Ham and Cheese Sliders with Black Garlic Rolls

  • ¾ cup melted butter
  • 1 ½ Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 ¼ tsp poppy seeds
  • 2 ¼ tsp Black Garlic Salt
  • 1 Tbsp dried minced onion
  • 24 mini sandwich rolls
  • 1 lb sliced cooked deli ham
  • ½ lb sliced Swiss cheese
  • ½ lb sliced gruyere cheese
  • 1 ½ Tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning

Featuring savory ham, melted cheese, and a soft, buttery roll featuring Black Garlic Salt, these sliders come together quickly for a shareable snack.

Makes 24 Sliders 


Process


Preheat your oven to 350°F. Then, prep a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper. 

Mix butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, dried onion and Black Garlic Salt, then set aside.

Cut the whole pack of rolls in half and place the bottom half on the baking dish. Next, layer half of the ham on top, followed by Swiss and Gruyere, and the remaining ham slices. Lastly, place the top half of the rolls and pour the butter-mustard mixture evenly over the rolls. 

Bake until the rolls are lightly browned and the cheese has melted, about 20 minutes. Sprinkle Everything Bagel Seasoning to finish before serving as individual sliders.
