Shipping Information
When will my order ship?
Once you place your online order, we process and then ship it from our Portland Headquarters. If you've selected standard or priority shipping, please allow up to five (5) business days processing time for your order. You’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships!
Free Standard Shipping
Free standard shipping applies to orders $75+ within the contiguous United States. Standard shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international shipping or expedited shipping.
Where can I find my order number?
You will be sent a confirmation email that includes your order number upon completing your purchase.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes! We ship internationally, but usually shipping costs are much higher due to tariffs and import taxes.
Do you accept returns?
We apologize for any inconvenience, but we do not accept returns. All of our products are meant for consumption and it is not safe for us to let items re-enter our warehouse and food processing facility once they have been received by a customer. If you have questions about refunding or replacing items from a recent order, please reach out to: hello@jacobsensalt.pro.
Please also note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds/replacements if our items were purchased from another retailer. Please reach out to their customer service team for any help with your order.
